The only thing holding me back from bread making is that I have about 10 inches x 18 inches of actual free counter space in my tiny apartment kitchen, but I think this could be done in that amount of space…. Also do not be tempted to add more flour when doing the initial mixing and kneading.
That is why baking bread is an art that you learn as you go rather than a strict science.
